This coming Tuesday we’ll be gathering to think about and share all of the mending we are doing as individuals and a country as we move into 2021. From darning socks, to repairing furniture, to patching drywall, to calling old friends you haven’t talked to in too long - how are you taking care of yourself, your things and your space? Do you have a beloved object that has been repaired you want to share with us?
We’ll share some of our favorite artists, poems and inspirations and talk about why repaired objects are our most prized possessions. Join us!
This is a WOO Community Event for members. WOO is a non-profit safe space for training underrepresented genders in our field. As such, enrollment is limited to non-binary, trans, and womxn-identified folks over the age of 18.
